We are a small company started by Jamie Flan and Bill Nelson in 1998. We have switched names along the way to keep up with our expanding areas and growing title company. Tim Nelson bought out the St. Joseph location in fall of 2006, making Home Town Abstract,LLC and Home Town Abstract of St. Joseph, LLC. Covering Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Todd, Wadena, and Hubbard Counties. Jamie and Tim work closely as they manage time and work schedules to meet and exceed thier clients expectations!
